Argonaut Tours of Arizona, Inc. acts only in the capacity as agent for the owners and contractors providing means as transportation, hotel or other services that are offered or provided. Tickets are subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, hotel or other services are offered or provided. Argonaut Tours of Arizona, Inc. shall not be or become liable for or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage from sickness, weather, strikes, war or quarantine howsoever cause or arising. Argonaut Tours of Arizona, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case, full return on monies received will constitute full settlement to passenger. Argonaut Tours of Arizona, Inc. also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any passenger as member of a tour. The acceptance of any service or the purchase of any ticket shall be deemed acceptance of and consent by the tour member to these conditions. Argonaut Tours of Arizona, Inc. reserves the right to substitute comparable hotels if necessary. Argonaut Tours of Arizona, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a Sprinter motor coach (or similar) in place of a full size motor coach if there are 14 or less passengers on any tour.

Argonaut Tours reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if deemed necessary for the best interest of the group, safety or due to conditions beyond control.

Cancellations & Refunds:
In case of cancellation your monies are refundable, except if cancellation is within 60 days of the departure date, in which a 25% fee will be applied. If you cancel your trip within 30 (thirty) days of the departure date, or do not show for any reason, there will be no refund unless space can be resold. There are no refunds for any unused part of the tour. A $30 fee will apply to all cancellations.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Tours requires early reservations; we are accepting deposits of $400 per person. Prices are subject to airline and transportation fuel surcharges until final payment date.

Full refund if cancelled 45 or more days before tour. Fifty percent refund if canceled 45-30 days before tour. No refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days notice.

Driver & Tour Director Gratuities:
The customary gratuities to the driver and Tour Director are not included. Such gratuities should be extended on a voluntary, individual bases.

Funds used to purchase airplane tickets are not refundable because they are no longer transferable or endorsable. For eleventh hour cancellations, hotel fees that cannot be reversed will be charged.
